When you are out on the open ocean, navigating choppy waters, or pushing your boat onto a rocky shoreline, you shouldn't have to think about the hull beneath you. You should just know it’s going to hold.
For many RIB owners, adventurers, and commercial operators, the fear of hull breach, saltwater corrosion, or weld failure is a constant anxiety. A boat hull that cannot take a hit is more than a hassle—it’s a safety hazard.
At our shipyard, we don't just build boats; we engineer peace of mind. Here is a transparent look at the exact marine-grade materials, calculated thicknesses, and advanced welding technologies we use to ensure our Aluminum RIBs are virtually indestructible.

The Foundation: Premium Marine-Grade Aluminum
We exclusively use 5052 and 5083 Marine-Grade Aluminum Alloys. These are not standard commercial-grade metals. 5083 aluminum is the gold standard in global shipbuilding, highly revered for its exceptional strength, superior structural integrity, and unmatched resistance to extreme saltwater corrosion.

Unlike fiberglass, which can crack, chip, or delaminate upon impact with reefs or concrete docks, our marine-grade aluminum deforms slightly under extreme impact rather than shattering, absorbing the energy and keeping you safe.

Engineered Thickness: Built for Purpose
A generic hull thickness does not work for professional boats. Every single centimeter of our RIB hulls is engineered to match the stress and horsepower requirements of its specific size class. We use a progressive thickness blueprint:
300 cm – 390 cm Models: 2.5 mm hull thickness—optimized for lightweight agility, easy launching, and fuel efficiency as tenders.
400 cm – 470 cm Models: 3.0 mm hull thickness—providing the perfect balance of rugged stiffness and performance for coastal cruising.
520 cm – 560 cm Models: 4.0 mm hull thickness—engineered to handle heavier payloads and rougher offshore chops.

600 cm – 860 cm Models: 5.0 mm hull thickness—heavy-duty build for serious offshore exploration, diving, and rescue missions.

960 cm – 1150 cm Models: 6.0 mm hull thickness—commercial-grade armor designed to withstand relentless commercial or tactical operations.

The Backbone Strength: For all vessels 6 meters (600 cm) and above, the main keel (longitudinal stringer system) and the transom (where massive outboard motors exert extreme leverage) are CNC-cut from 10 mm ultra-heavy marine-grade aluminum plates. This guarantees that your transom will never flex, fatigue, or crack, even when paired with maximum-horsepower outboards.

Master-Class Welding: Double-Sided Defiance
The best metal in the world is only as strong as its joints. We do not cut corners by only welding the visible seams.
Every single structural joint on our hulls undergoes a rigorous Double-Sided Welding Process. This means the hull plates are seamlessly fused from both the inside and the outside, creating a continuous, monolithic structure.
Our welding team consists of certified master marine welders who utilize advanced TIG and MIG pulse technologies to minimize heat deformation and ensure deep weld penetration.
Zero-Defect Quality Control: Non-Destructive Flaw Detection
We don't guess if a weld is perfect—we prove it. Before any hull moves to the paint and tube-assembly stage, it undergoes strict Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including weld flaw detection and dye penetrant testing. This process detects even microscopic sub-surface porosities or imperfections that the human eye could never spot. If a weld isn't flawless under testing, it doesn't leave our floor.
Summary: Your Lifeline on the Water
When you choose one of our aluminum hull RIBs, you are choosing a boat built to be driven hard, beached on gravel, and exposed to the harshest marine environments for decades.
With 10 mm structural backbones, size-optimized plating, and double-sided certified welds, we build boats that return you home safely, every single time.
